Quarterly and Annual Reviews
Every quarter, your assigned Fractional HR Team and Account Manager will meet with you to review the status of each action item, adjust the Roadmap as necessary and ensure that we are still heading in the right direction. As necessary, adjustments can be made as new priorities are identified. Annually, we will conduct a new HR Review, including an Employee Survey, and set out a new Roadmap for the year ahead.
